The Palace delivered a charming glimpse into the Old West with its historic decor and character. My King Suite was spacious, with comfy beds that made relaxing easy. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, so I had quick access to shops and restaurants. I’m grateful for the staff’s efforts when I requested decaf coffee, which they took the time to get for me. However, my stay had notable challenges. The room lacked adequate heating, and it was a chilly night at 12 degrees. Although they provided room heaters, none worked properly. I also experienced plumbing issues in the bathroom, and it left me feeling disappointed given my previous stays here. I hope they address these problems soon to maintain its historic charm.

this place had no napkins at breakfast for three days, can you believe that? the wi-fi was practically non-existent too. will definitely be looking elsewhere next time, how hard is it to provide basics?

location in downtown, old furniture decor, historic charm
The lobby self-locks with no one at the front desk for late arrivals!!! Room heaters are inadequate for cold nights, and plumbing issues are a hassle!!! A microwave and fridge should be standard in all rooms!!!

Staying here was a unique experience with its historic charm. I really enjoyed the comfortable two-bedroom suite and appreciated the spacious layout for my family. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the Silver City Museum and the vibrant streets of downtown. Plus, the staff's willingness to get decaf coffee for me really made my day.

Family friendly historic charm
The room itself was comfortable and clean. I had no issues there! The location was spot on, just a short walk to different restaurants, galleries, and other attractions that made it easy for us to explore.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still manageable for what we got.
